Yes — Gendo keeps the structural integrity of your original design. You can change specific parts of your image while everything else stays exactly as you created it.

The number of images you can generate depends on your accounts credit balance. Each click of the 'Generate' button will get you 4 image variations, and will deduct 10 credits from your account upon successful completion of the task. If you do not get all 4 images back, you will not lose any credits.

A Project serves as your primary workspace, for viewing and editing images. It's a canvas with various tools: Render, Material, Style and Describe.

Only the image currently on the Canvas can be exported. If you want to export a different image, go to your History, select the image, add it to the Canvas, and then download it.

We do not store all your generated images. You can only access the generations that you have saved. To keep an image, make sure to move it to the Canvas—otherwise, it won’t be stored in your history.

To save an image for future access, click on the generation you want to keep and move it to the Canvas. Once saved, you can find it later in your History.

Gendo is compatible with all modern browsers. Recommended browser: Chrome

We only accept PNG or JPG files with a maximum file size of 10MB⁠.

If you see a black square instead of your generated image, it means the content was flagged as NSFW (Not Safe for Work). Our system automatically detects and blocks content that includes inappropriate or explicit content. To avoid this, please ensure your prompts and inputs align with our Community Guidelines. If you believe an image was incorrectly flagged, feel free to contact support@gendo.ai for further assistance.

Currently, not all prompts are stored. You can find the prompts used for saved images under the image in your History.

The cost per credit depends on your plan and any credit packs you buy. Plans come with monthly credits included; one-off credit packs are available for extra needs.

One-off credit packs never expire — you can use them anytime. Unused standard subscription credits do not roll over. Your balance resets each billing cycle based on your plan.

You’re billed monthly, starting from the day you subscribe.

You can cancel at any time. You’ll keep access to your remaining credits until the end of your billing cycle. After that, your subscription won’t renew.

Click the “Upgrade Now” button in the top-right corner of the Studio to change your plan. If you’re on a Team plan, contact your organisation owner to request changes or more credits.

You can buy one-off credit packs anytime. Your subscription will also renew at the end of your billing cycle, resetting your monthly credits.

Yes — we offer one-off credit packs that you can buy at any time. You’ll need to be on a paid plan (Individual, Professional, or Team) to purchase them.

Inside the Studio, hover over the Credits button in the top-left corner. It will show your remaining credits and let you manage your plan or buy more credits.

Subscription fees are non-refundable. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time through your Organisation Settings. After cancellation, your paid plan benefits will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle, but you won't be charged for the subsequent period. For more detailed information, please refer to the "Fees and Payment" section of the Terms of Service.

Yes, we provide custom Enterprise solutions for larger teams or organisations with specific needs. 100%. We take the privacy of your designs very seriously and have measures in place to ensure your work stays confidential. If you’re on a Professional plan or above, we do not use your workspace data for training, marketing, or any other purpose — it stays private and only accessible to you.

If you close your account, we securely delete your workspace data and generated content after a short retention period to allow for recovery if you change your mind. Your designs and images will no longer be accessible.

Yes, Gendo is designed with sensitive commercial work in mind. Everything you upload or generate stays within your account and only accessible to you.

No your Gendo account is private. Only you can see your spaces, inputs, and outputs.

Yes — Professional and Team plans include a commercial use license for generated content.

You can add up to 500 members, sharing one credit pool. One-off credit packs are available for larger teams.

All Gendo outputs are PNG files. You can export your images in 1K, 2K, or 4K resolution.
